Phantastica

Matilda, a vibrant and eccentric hospice resident, forms an unlikely bond with Lukas, her shy and emotionally repressed young caretaker. Through vivid tales of romance, adventure, and a life fully lived, she inspires Lukas to confront his own fears surrounding his growing feelings for a male barista. But when another caretaker reveals that Matilda suffers from pseudologia phantastica, a condition marked by compulsive pathological lying, Lukas is forced to question whether the stories that changed him were ever true at all.
