Urban Beast

Ron, a stoner burned out from apartment hunting, thinks he’s finally caught a break when a mysterious flier leads him to a cheap apartment. He signs the lease on the spot, ignoring one unsettling clause: a locked room he must never enter. But when haunting howls echo through the apartment at night, Ron realizes he’s not alone—and that the bargain comes with a terrifying price.
